Paris, 5 a.m.

Even when there's no traffic (clearly, the
"city that never sleeps" is the
one I currently live in, not the one
I just left), you still
  have to stop
at all those red lights.

  1. Considering that the first light isn’t even at a cross street but just an apparently not-at-the-moment-being-used crosswalk, that, in its way, could be as frustrating having to stop at as being stuck in rush-hour traffic. But if it was just part of a stop-and-go-rhythm maybe it wouldn’t be too bad.

Not very active at 5 a.m. for a “red-light” district.
